摘  要:"面向全体、分层施教"的创业人才培养方式遵循人才发展的个性与共性,符合当前我国高等学校教育改革政策的基本原则。本文采用理论分析方法,通过分析层级式创业人才培养方式的目标依据、教育心理学等理论依据和现实依据,阐明层级式人才培养方式的内涵,即:对低年级学生实施全面的创业基础培养,再对三分之一左右的中年级学生进行创业实践性培养,最后实现创业项目孵化落地。在此基础上进一步探讨了层级式创业人才培养的具体措施。Nurturing entrepreneurial talents has become an urgent requirement for the economic development strategy of China. The entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode characterized by a combination of generality and delamination, which conforms to the general and specific features of talent development, is in line with the basic principles of China's policy on higher education reform. The authors conduct a theoretical analysis of the rationale for the delaminated mode of entrepreneurial talent cultivation from the perspectives of objective, educational psychology and practice. The connotation of the delaminated mode is summarized as follows: basic education for all low-grade students; practical training for about one third of middle-grade students; the promotion of the entrepreneurial projects" incubation. Concrete measures of the delaminated mode are also discussed in the paper.
