摘  要:目的 探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在诊断脑静脉血管畸形(CVM)中的特点,以提高诊断准确率。方法 回顾分析70例CVM患者的影像资料,将SWI与常规MR对比,评价SWI对CVM检出的优越性。结果 70例患者SWI均得到明确显示,T1WI发现病灶55例,T2WI发现病灶59例,常规MR呈管状或条形流空信号,且只显示明显扩张的髓静脉及增粗的引流静脉,而SWI较常规MR更敏感更清晰地显示所有扩张的髓静脉呈放射状汇入增粗的引流静脉,呈现特征性的“水母头”状表现。结论 SWI比常规MR对CVM的检出更为敏感,结合常规MR能够做出CVM的定性诊断,有利于临床治疗及预后。Objective To study the characteristics of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral venous vascular malformation. Methods Image data of 70 patients with cerebral venous vascular malformation were analysed retro-spectively. Findings of SWI were compared with conventional MR in order to evaluation of SWI superiority on cerebral venous vascu- lar anomaly detection. Results For 70 patients,all lesions were clearly displaied on SWI,55 cases were found on T1WI,59 cases on T2 WI. On conventional MR,tube or bar empty flow signal were showed,and the medullary veins obvious expansion and the enlarge- ment of venous drainage were displaied. The SWI was more sensitive than conventional MR on showing expanding medullary veins more clearly, which radiated into the enlargement of venous drainage, and presented the characteristic of "jellyfish bead". Conclusion Compared to the conventional MR,SWI is of more sensitive to cerebral venous vascular malformation. SWI can make the qualita- tive diagnosis of cerebral venous vascular malformation in combination with conventional MR,which is helpful to clinical treatment and prognosis.
