摘　　要：由于乳牙特有的解剖形态和组织结构特点,加之儿童饮食特点及其口腔自洁、清洁作用差等因素,使得乳牙极易发生龋损且发展迅速而成为深龋,从而影响继承恒牙的发育及其正常咬合的建立,甚至还会影响其全身生理或心理的健康。因此,对深龋乳牙采取积极有效的治疗措施尤为重要。本文就国内外学者对乳牙深龋治疗术式的转变和相关治疗药物作一综述。Caries in deciduous teeth is easily developed to deep caries due to the characteristics of the anat- omy structure of the deciduous teeth and the habits of oral health and diet. Deep caries in deciduous teeth may affect the development of the successional teeth and the establishment of nomal occlusion, even the physical and psychological health in children. It is very important to take active and effective measures to treat the deciduous teeth with deep caries. This review mainly concludes the therapeutic approaches of the deep caries and the relative materials.
