宫颈癌患者保留生育功能手术临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨适合行保留生育功能手术治疗（广泛性宫颈切除术）的年轻宫颈癌患者（≤40岁）。方法 通过收集2005年1月~2012年12月行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者信息,根据宫颈癌广泛性宫颈切除术的手术指征,对患者进行遴选、分析,研究适合行广泛性宫颈切除术的年轻宫颈癌患者。结果 经筛选,共有176名患者行宫颈癌手术治疗,有87名患者行手术治疗时年龄≤40岁,其中符合行保留生育功能手术的患者有54人。结论 在年龄≤40的患者中,有部分患者适合行保留生育功能的广泛性宫颈切除术,但应严格遵照手术指征,进行综合评估,以减少肿瘤术后复发。Objective To determine the indications for young patients （ aged less than 40 years） with cervi- cal cancer to undergo fertility preservation surgery （generalized traehelectomy）. Methods We collected the clinical data of patients who had undergone a surgical therapy for cervical cancer at our hospital from January 2005 to December 2012. According to surgical indications for generalized traehelectomy for cervical cancer, the young patients with cervical cancer were screened by analysis and investigation. Results Among the 176 patients undergoing surgical therapy for cervical cancer, 87 patients were at the age of less than 40, and 54 were screened out for fertility preservation surgery. Conclusion Part of those young patients aged less than 40 may be suitable for fertility preservation surgery （generalized traehelectomy）. But it should be performed strictly in accordance with the surgical indications besides comprehensive assessments in order to reduce the recurrence of tumor.
