摘　　要：针对目前我国药品定价模式出现的主要问题,通过分析澳大利亚和日本两国定价模式特点,提出了以药品定价与医保制度紧密结合为原则的相关优化建议:扩大医保报销目录;优化集中政府定价部门的职能,让医保机构参与到价格制定工作中;引入药物经济学制定药品医保报销参考价,发挥医保控价作用;建立药品价格动态调节机制,及时调整药价。In order to solve the main problems of the drug pricing model in China, through analyzing characteristics of pricing model in Australia and Japan, this article puts forward some optimization suggestions whose principle is to associate the drug pricing work with the health care system closely： The suggestions include expanding the medical insurance reimburse catalogue, optimizing the function of government pricing departments through allowing health care institution to participate in drug prieing, applying the pharmacoeconomies evaluation to formulate the drugs reimbursement reference price and establishing drug price dynamic adjustment mechanism for the timely adjustment of drug prices.
