摘  要:临床教学质量直接影响到医学人才的培养。加强临床教学管理,开展临床教学研究,对提高临床教学质量,培养医学人才具有重要意义。笔者在对所在医院临床教师、实习生及教学活动进行深入调查分析的基础上,将全面质量管理的PDCA方法引入教学管理,并分析其动态循环的效果,探索适合医院临床教学的科学管理模式,从而实现医院教学质量的持续优化。Clinical teaching quality directly affects the training of medical talents. It is of great significance for improving the quality of clinical teaching and training medical talents to strengthen clinical teaching management and to carry out clinical teaching research. On the basis of investigation and analysis of clinical teachers, interns and teaching activities in the hospital, the author introduced the PDCA method of the total quality management into the teaching management, and analyzed the effect of its dynamic circulation, to explore a suitable scientific management mode of clinical teaching for the hospital, so as to realizing the continuous optimization of teaching quality.
