摘 要:目的构建适用于我国医院文化背景的护士组织创新氛围量表并检验其信效度。方法通过文献回顾、质性访谈和专家咨询等方法,形成护士组织创新氛围量表初稿;采用方便抽样选取730名上海市二、三级医院临床护士进行测试,通过项目分析、探索性因子分析形成正式量表,运用验证性因子分析、信度检验评价量表信效度。结果护士组织创新氛围量表包含组织创新激励、资源供应、管理实践3个维度,共21个条目。探索性因子分析显示量表累积方差贡献率62.613%,验证性因子分析显示3因子模型拟合度良好,量表内容效度指数为0.94,Cronbach'sα系数为0.938,折半信度为0.876,重测信度为0.775。结论护士组织创新氛围量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量护士组织创新氛围。Objective To develop the Nurse Organizational Innovation Climate Scale(NOICS) suitable for Chinese hospital culture background,and to test its validity and reliability. Methods The initial scale was formulated by literature review,qualitative interview and expert consultation. Totally 730 clinical nurses from secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis(EFA) were tested to develop the NOICS. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability test were conducted to examine the reliability and validity of NOICS. Results NOICS was consisted of 21 items and 3 dimensions which were organizational innovation motivation,resources supply,management and practices. EFA revealed that 3 factors ac- counted for 62.613% of the accumulated variances.' CFA revealed a good fit of 3-factor model. The Scale-level content validity index(S-CVI) was 0.940. The Cronbach's ct coefficient was 0.938; the spih-half reliability coefficient was 0.876;the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.775. Conclusion NOICS has good validity and reliability, which can be applied to measure clinical nurses' organizational innovation climate.
