教学管理视阈下“哲学咨询法”对“灌输法”的继承与超越

摘　　要：根据人的心理规律为师生服务是教学管理的核心问题,而融合哲学、心理学、教育学的"哲学咨询法"为教学管理服务师生开辟了新视野。"哲学咨询法"在澄清传统"灌输法"局限性的基础上,吸收其合理内核;其交互主体法、反同一法、矛盾内省法等具体方法使"哲学咨询法"得以具象化,一定意义上超越了传统的"灌输法"。Serving teachers way of Philosophical counseling＂ and students according to the law of human psychology is the core issue of teaching management, and ＂The including philosophy, psychology and pedagogy has opened up new horizons for teaching management . On the basis of clarifying the traditional ＂The way of Indoctrination＂, ＂The way of Philosophical counseling＂ has retained its main advantages. Concrete methods, such as body interaction method, the anti - same method, contradiction introspection method and so on, have made it concrete, and to some extent have gone beyond ＂The way of Indoctrination＂.
