摘　　要：创新教育是高校培养学生的重要内容,也是提高国家软实力的基础。"国家大学生创新性实验计划"是提高大学生创新能力的有效举措,其参与热度逐年提高。调查发现"国家大学生创新性实验计划"存在项目申报、实施和结题审核等方面的问题,因此,应采取建立开放实验平台、激发学生和教师积极性、重视结果审核等教育改革措施,尽可能规避项目实施中的问题,以此提高学生对科学研究的兴趣,为创新型人才的培养提供助力。Innovative education, which is the basis of the country＇s soft power, is important to college students＇ training. National Udergraduate Innovation Experiment Project could improve the innovative ability of undergraduates, and the participation portion was increased year by year. It is found that the national college students＇ innovative training program has some problem in the stage of application, implementation and verification from investigation. The public experimental platform should be established and the more attention about the results should be paid to avoid the problems. After the teaching reform we have faith in the cultivation of innovative ability.
