摘  要:当前社会医患关系日趋紧张,传统媒体为了吸引更多关注,互联网和新型社交媒体的开放性与包容性均使得某些人将并不全面的信息肆意传播无限放大,伤害了医护群体,此类报道屡见不鲜。加强医德医风教育似乎已经成为每次处理此类事件的必备招式,但是否每一事件都与医德医风相关?社会舆论本身是否存在伤害医患关系的潜在风险?医护人员又是否具有足够的辨识力和控制力去发现以及避免潜在伤害?强化医学生规避舆论风险本领已成为当前医学教育改革中非常值得注意的方面。通过转变观念、整合师资、多元化教学手段等方法才能从根本上提高医学生规避舆论风险的能力,促进和谐医患关系。Increasing tension of doctor-patient relationship is seen in modern China. Openness and inclusivity of Internet and new type social media let anyone who can disseminate imperfect information which could do harm to medical crews. Reinforce medlcal ethics education seems to be the only way to deal with this kind of situation. Does everything connect to doctor's medical ethics? Is there any po- tential risk of public opinion itself has the ability to damage doctor-patient relationship? Do medical staffs have enough power to control or avoid the bad effects? To enhance medical students' ability of avoiding public opinion risks has already become an important part of medical education reform. Changing of educational concepts and thinking, optimizing faculties and diversifying teaching methods will fundamentally improve medical students' ability of avoiding public opinion risks, and then the harmonious doctor-patient relationship will be achieved.
