摘 要:目的了解预防专业学生PBL教学的知信行现状。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对广西医科大学预防本科专业231名学生进行问卷调查,分析不同年级学生PBL教学的知识、态度和行为水平。结果学生对PBL教学的总知晓率为51.3%,不同年级的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大四学生的知晓率最高。学生的PBL教学积极态度总形成率为61.0%,不同年级的积极态度形成率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年级越低形成率越高。与课外学习有关的PBL积极行为所占百分比较低。结论广西医科大学预防医学本科专业学生PBL教学知信行现状尚不理想。西部欠发达地区高校在探索PBL教学中应根据不同年级学生的知信行现状特点,制定有针对性的教学方案。Objective To evaluate knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of PBL among students majoring in preventive medicine. Methods A stratified cluster sampling survey was performed to compare the KAP by four grades in 231 students majoring in preventive medicine at Guangxi medical universi- ty. Results PBL knowledge rate was 51.3% in overall(P〈0.05). Knowledge rates were significantly different in four grades, and the highest rate was in senior students. Additionally, 61. 0% of all students had positive attitude toward PBL, there was a significant difference in positive rates of PBI attitude by four grades, and students in lower grades were more likely to have higher rates. Further more, the percentages of positive PBL practice outside the classroom were low(P〈0.05). Conclusior The present KAP in students majoring in preventive medicine at Guangxi Medical University is not very ideal. Also, this study suggests that universities in undeveloped west areas should take the present KAP of different grade students into account to develop practical scheme for PBL teaching.
