摘　　要：基层医生进行腔镜专项进修培训是快速掌握妇科微创技术的重要途径。只有具备高质量师资队伍与完善齐备的硬件平台,严格准入标准、规范岗前培训,丰富全面地腔镜进修培训策略和实施,才能有利地保障学员进修质量,并为圆满完成专项业务技能培训提供根本保障。It is a key way for primary care doctors to grasp the gynecologic minimally mvamve tecnniques from being trained with specialized continuing medical training. There are some positive factors to ensure advanced training doctors with an ideal training effects, such as high quality mentors, comprehensive instruments platform; strict access standards, specification with pre-job training and comprehensive strategies on refresher training. These factors also provide a fundamental guarantee on the successful completion of specialized training program.
