摘　　要：为了提高军队院校任职教育专题教学的实用性,增强学员岗位任职能力,在对任职教育学员培训需求分析的基础上,结合专题教学要求与实际,从精心构建专题教学内容、准确把握教学全过程、采取科学合理的教学方法、注重激发学员学习兴趣等方面提出了提高专题教学质量的对策建议。To improve the practicability of subject teaching of professional education in military academies and strengthen cadets＇ position ability, the paper analyzes the training requirements for professional education cadets, and puts forward some countermeasures on improving subject teaching quality according to the requirements and reality of subject teaching from following aspects： carefully constructing subject teaching contents, exactly holding teaching process, employing scientific reasonable teaching method, and arousing cadets＇ learning interest.
