摘  要:营养不良不仅是肝硬化患者常见并发症,而且与肝脏疾病高发病率和死亡率相关,还可影响患者的短期和长期生存。同时,对肝硬化患者予以营养干预可改善其生存、肝脏功能以及减轻并发症。但怎样才能准确地对肝硬化患者的营养状况进行评估是解决问题的关键,而国内外尚没有一种公认的营养评估方法来筛选这些营养不良患者。本文回顾近年来文献,对肝硬化患者常用的营养状况评估方法的研究进展做一综述,以帮助临床医生合理选择评估工具。Malnutrition is not only a common complication in patients with liver cirrhosis, and is associated with liver disease high morbidity and mortality, also can influence the short and long term patient survival.Meanwhile, nutritional intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis can improves survival, liver function and attenuates complications.But how to accurately assess the nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis is the key to solve the problem, and an accepted nutritional assessment method to screen these patients for malnutrition is lacking at home and aboard.This paper reviewed the literature in recent years, the commonly used method for evaluating the nutritional status in patients with liver cirrhosis did a review of research progress, to help clinical doctors choose the assessment tools.
