摘  要:为查明7日龄~10日龄仔貉急性死亡的主要病因,无菌采集仔貉的肺脏、脾脏、肝脏及肾脏组织,进行病原的分离培养,对分离菌株进行形态特征、培养特性、生化特性观察,初步表明分离菌株为犬巴氏杆菌。择优势菌株进行了16SrRNA基因的PCR检测,基因序列分析表明,所检菌株16SrRNA基因序列与犬巴氏杆菌的同源性在97.8%~100%,在进化树位于一个相对独立的分支。人工感染试验证实分离菌株对小鼠有强致病性。药敏试验显示分离菌株对青霉素类、头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类敏感,对链霉素、四环素、土霉素、磺胺嘧啶钠耐药。Four pathogenic strains were isolated from lungs, spleen, liver and kidney of the infected 7-10 days old aberdeen raccoon by routine bacterial isolation, identification technologies. The pathogen was i- dentified as Pasteurella multocida based on its morphology, culture characteristics, biochemical charac- teristics and 16S rRNA gene PCR results. Sequence alignments indicated that 16 S rRNA gene from the i- solates shared 97.8%100% identity with Pasteurella canis in GenBank and located in a relatively inde- pendent branch. Artificial infection experiment confirmed that the isolates were pathogenic. The result of drugs sensitivity test showed that the isolates were highly sensetive to penicillin, cephalosporins and fluo- roquinolones, resistant to streptomycin, tetracycline, oxytetracycline and sulfadiazine sodium. This repre- sents the first report of systemic pasteurellosis caused by P. canis in raccoon dogs.
