摘　　要：在中国历史上,荀子较早提出社会正义思想。与孔孟从道德方面论述正义不同,荀子以社会现实为出发点,从社会制度方面论述正义。本文从分析荀子社会正义的理论基础和制度构想入手,揭示其鲜明的实践性所具有的现代意义。Justice is always the human tireless pursuit,with no exception in ancient or modern. In Chinese history,Xunzi proposed the idea of social justice. Different from Confucius and Mencius＇ s justice discussion from the aspects of moral,Xunzi took the social reality as the starting point and discussed justice from the social system aspect. This paper analyzes the theory of social justice on its theory base and social system,and reveals the modern significance of Xunzi＇s theory of justice.
