摘 要:为解决振动压路机因建模不精确和设计时数学分析不足而导致的智能压实系统精确度低的问题,对压路机的动态特性进行了研究。根据智能压实中沥青路面压实能量变化,对压路机的振幅和频率进行适时调整,并采用试验方法确定了路面的厚度、沥青混合料的种类等对响应特性的影响,分析了振动压路机压实过程中的瞬态响应。该响应特性可以用来深入研究反馈控制从而改善智能压实系统。In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of the intelligent compaction system due to imprecise modeling and lack of mathematical analysis in design, the dynamic characteristics of vibratory roller were studied. The amplitude and frequency were timely tuned according to the compaction energy change. The impact of the thickness of the pavement and the types of asphalt mixture on response characteristics was determined by running tests. The transient response of vibratory roller during compaction was analyzed, which could be used to study the feedback control and improve the intelligent compaction system.
