摘  要:微波消融在肿瘤治疗中逐渐得到重视,但包括热场分布在内的一些关键技术还有待解决,热场分布是微波消融领域重要的研究方向之一。微波消融区域准确的热场分布与能否达到有效肿瘤杀灭域值温度相关,是保证微波消融疗效的关键。微波消融在热场分布领域存在适形难、温度场模拟及测温不准确等问题,近年在微波天线设计改进、不同微波发射频率及功率和时间组合、温度场模拟、测温技术开发方面取得研究进展改善了热场分布。Microwave ablation in tumor therapy is getting more attention gradually, while some key tech- nologies,including thermal field distribution, remain to be solved. Thermal field distribution is one of the important research directions in the field of microwave ablation. Accurate thermal field distribution of micro-wave ablation area is related to temperature of tumor kill threshold. It is the key to assuring effect of micro-wave ablation too. Microwave ablation has the problem of conformal difficulty, inaccurate temperature field simulation and temperature measurement in the field of thermal field distribution. Some progress has been achieved in recent years in microwave antenna design, different combination in mierewave transmission fre- quency and power and time, temperature field simulation and temperature measurement technology development, which have improved the thermal field distribution.
