针罐配合药物治疗对面神经炎患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究针罐配合药物治疗对提高面神经炎患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2014年4月至2015年4月黄骅开发区博爱医院门诊及病房收治的100例面神经炎患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对观察组进行针罐配合药物治疗,药物治疗采用阿昔洛韦0.5 g/8 h、地塞米松10 mg/d加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 m L中进行静脉滴注,使用维生素B1100 mg,维生素B120.5 mg进行每日1次的肌内注射,并进行为期3 d的维生素C 100 mg口服,静脉滴注7 d后地塞米松用量为5 mg/d,10 d后地塞米松的用量为2.5 mg/d,14 d后停止用药。对照组进行单纯的药物治疗。对两组患者进行临床疗效观察、治疗前后神经麻痹程度分析比较以及House-Brackmann分级量表比较。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[98.0%(49/50)比82.0%(41/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经麻痹程度缓解优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组House-Brackmann分级均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针罐配合药物治疗对提高面神经炎患者的生存质量有良好的效果,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and cupping combined drug therapy on impro- ving the quality of life of patients with facial neuritis. Methods Total of 100 patients with facial neuritis were selected from Outpatient Department and Inpatient Department of Boai Hospital of Hnanghua Develop- ment Zone,during Apr. 2014 and Apr. 2015, and divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases each, according to random number table method. The observation group received acupuncture and cup- ping combined with drug therapy. The drug therapy：acyclovir 0.5 g/8 h plus dexamethasone 10 mg/d added with 5% glucose solution 250 mL for intravenous drip,vitamin B1 100 rag, vitamin B12 0. 5 mg for once per day by intramuscular injection, and vitamin C 100 mg orally for a period of three days, after 7 d of intravenous infusion,the dosage of dexamethasone decreased to 5 mg/d,and to 2.5 mg/d after 10 d,after 14 d the medi- cation was stopped. The control group was treated with the drug therapy alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the degree of nerve paralysis before and after treatment and House-Brackmann grade of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [98.0% （49/50） vs 82.0% （41/50） ], the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ;after treatment, the extent of nerve palsy relief of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, House-Brackmann of the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping combined with drug therapy has a good effect on improving the quality of life of patients with facial neuritis, thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
