摘 要:目的考察微生物在复方间苯二酚洗剂中的存活性,确认复方间苯二酚洗剂的杀菌作用。方法在复方间苯二酚制剂中分别加入大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉5个菌种,放置24h,再按薄膜过滤法分别对5个菌种进行微生物限度检测。结果在复方间苯二酚洗剂中5种微生物菌种均未长菌,说明均被杀死,回收率均为零。结论复方间苯二酚洗剂中微生物不能存活。Objective To study the microorganism viability in compound resorcinol lotion , confirming with bactericidal compound resorcinol lotion. Methods 5 bottles of compound resorcinol lotion were respectively added Esckerickia coli, Stapk- ylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Candida, Aspergillus niger, placed 24 h, then the membrane filtration method was used respectively in 5 species of microbial limit test. Results In compound resorcinol lotion, 5 microbial strains were not given birth to bacterium,were killed,the recovery rate was zero. Conclusion Microbial cannot survive in compound resorcinol lotion.
