摘　　要：[目的]探究发酵苹果渣对滩羊羔羊育肥效果的影响。[方法]通过在滩羊日粮中添加发酵苹果渣和未发酵苹果渣制成颗粒饲料,对其进行育肥试验,研究添加苹果渣的颗粒饲料对育肥滩羔羊生产性能的影响。[结果]与对照组(未发酵苹果渣)相比,试验组(发酵苹果渣)日增重提高4.43%,饲料报酬提高了8.03%,屠宰率提高了3.59%,净肉率提高了3.59%,试验期内每只羊多获得利润1.85元。[结论]滩羊羔羊日粮中添加发酵苹果渣对其育肥效果好,发酵苹果渣的推广应用前景十分广阔。[ Objective ] To explore the fattening effect of fermented apple pomace on Tan lamb. [ Method] By adding fermented and unfermented apple pomace in Tan sheep diets,fattening experiment was conducted. The effects of granulated feed by adding apple pomace on production per- formance of fattening Tan lamb were studied. [ Result ] Compared with control group （ unfermented apple pomaee）, daily gain, feed return, slaughter rate, net meat rate in test group （fermented apple pomace） increased by 4.43% ,8.03% ,3.59% ,3.59%, respectively. The profit per sheep improved 1.85 yuan during trial period. [ Conclusion] Adding fermented apple pomace in Tan lamb diets is good for its fattening, and fer- mented apple pomace has a broad application prospect.
