摘  要:以三聚氰胺、大豆蛋白(SPI)降解液、尿素和甲醛为原料,合成了一种改性的三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂(MUF)。分析了改性后MUF的性能,并借助核磁共振(^(13)C-NMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)和动态热机械性能(DMA)分析改性后MUF的结构变化和热机械性能。结果表明:当加入10%SPI降解液时,合成的MUF机械性能最优,刨花板内结合强度和静曲强度分别提高30%和46%,游离甲醛含量降低21%。^(13)C-NMR分析表明,加入SPI降解液,可以提高MUF树脂中的亚甲基桥键、亚甲基醚键和三聚氰胺与尿素共缩聚反应产生的亚甲基醚键含量,最终体系具有较高的缩聚度、交联度和较低的游离甲醛。FT-IR分析表明,改性后的MUF酰胺特征峰吸收谱带由明显双肩峰变成单肩峰,表明蛋白质降解液与MUF树脂发生了交联反应。DMA测试结果表明,以大豆蛋白降解液改性MUF,可以显著改善最终胶合产品的热机械性能。A new melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resin based on melamine, degraded soy-protein, urea and formaldehyde were prepared. The structure characteristics and thermal mechanical properties of this new MUF resin were studied by 13 C-NMR, FT-IR and DMA. When addition amount of degraded soy pro- tein was 10%, bonding strength and MOR of particleboard respectively increased by 30% and 46%, content of free formaldehyde decreased by 21%. 13 C-NMR results showed that, the contents of methylene bridges, methylene ether bond and ether bond formed by copolycondensation reaction between melamine and urea increased. Final resin system had high polycondensation and crosslinking degree,low free formaldehyde e- mission. The FT-IR results indicated that degraded soy protein reacted with MUF. The DMA results showed that this new MUF resin could improve the thermal mechanical performance of the final products.
