摘　　要：矛盾排查工作是做好信访稳定工作的基础;是做好基层群众工作的关键;是做好调处化解工作的前提。中国石化江汉油田分公司江汉采油厂近两年来在矛盾排查化解工作中坚持信息网络建设;坚持"三清楚、三不放过"的矛盾排查方式;坚持矛盾化解,落实"事要解决";坚持分析研判,确保信息渠道畅通,取得了一定成效。要进一步做好矛盾排查化解工作,必须健全领导责任机制;必须健全排查化解机制;必须健全信息分析机制;必须健全协调联动机制。Investigation into contradictions is essential for stabilizing petitioners＇ feeling and mediating petition contradictions. Some achievements have been made for the past two years in pursuing construction of information network for checking and resolving contradictions, adopting practical troubleshooting method, making every effort to resolve what the petitioner asks for and persisting in analysis and identification of petition contradictions to ensure a smooth information channel Further completing petition work requires having a sound leadership responsibility mechanism, contradiction checking and resolving mechanism, information analysis mechanism and coordinated interaction mechanism.
