论科学原则视野下高校成人教育管理的路径探析

摘　　要：高校成人教育工作既是一项重要的社会实践活动,也是高校服务社会的重要表现。通过分析目前我国高校成人教育管理工作中存在的问题,认为高校成人教育管理要引入科学的管理手段和管理理论,提升资源配置与社会实际需求的匹配程度,加强成人教育管理工作实践的体制化建设,并对我国成人教育管理工作进行科学地宏观调控。Adult education in colleges is not only an important social practical activity,but also an important manifestation of the col-lege's service for society. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the current China's higher adult education management,thispaper finds that the adult education management in colleges need to introduce scientific management methods and management theory,im-prove the allocation of resources and the actual needs of the community matching degree,strengthen the institutional construction of adulteducation management practice and carry out scientific macro-control on adult education management in our country.
