摘 要:为解决地下矿高分段大间距无底柱分段崩落采矿法回采爆破上向深孔装药的难题,实现地下矿爆破装药安全、环保、无人化和少人化,研制了地下矿乳化炸药混装车。基于地下矿开采的实际情况,综合利用电子信息、自动控制、人工智能等技术,对混装车的行走机构、自动寻孔、自动送管、液压系统、计量系统、控制系统等进行了针对性的研究开发和安全设计。现场应用结果表明,所研制的地下矿乳化炸药混装车达到了研发目标,相比于人工装药而言,具有安全、高效、智能等特点,装填上向炮孔深度达40m,满足了"数字矿山"建设的需要。研究成果通过了科技部专家组鉴定,达到了国际领先水平,具有十分广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problem of charging on deep hole in the high sublevel and large space underground mine sublevel caving stope blasting and the realization of underground mine blasting safety,environmental protection,no and less humanized,underground mine emulsion explosive charging truck was developed.Based on the actual situation of underground mining,comprehensive utilization of information,automatic control and artificial intelligence technology,walking mechanism,seeking hole technology,hose pushing technology,hydraulic system,measurement system and control system of the emulsion explosive charging truck were developed and designed.The application results showed that the underground mine emulsion explosive charging truck achieved the goal of the research,compared with manual charging,it was safe,efficient and intelligent.The hole depth of 40 m met the needs of the construction of 'digital mine'.The research results had been identified by the expert group of the ministry of science and technology that it reached the international advanced level,which would have a very broad application prospect.
