医学检验师临床沟通能力培养的探讨

摘　　要：临床—检验沟通能力是现代医学实验室对检验师的重要要求,是保证检验工作质量、提高实验室诊断的准确性、及时性,使医疗过程更加合理、有效、流畅、规范、安全的关键环节。培养检验师临床沟通能力及充分认识临床—实验室沟通的必要性和重要性,可通过加强其沟通意识,增强临床医学相关知识培养、调整教学方式及完善相关制度等途径来实现。Clinical-laboratory communication ability is an essential requirement for clinical laboratorians in modern medical laboratories,and it is a critical link to ensure the quality of laboratory work,improve the accuracy and timeliness of laboratory diagnosis,and make the medical process more reasonable,effective,standardized and safety.The paper suggests that developing clinical laboratorians'clinical communication ability and fully understanding the necessity and importance of clinical-laboratory communication can be achieved by enhancing their awareness of clinical communication,strengthening imparting of clinical medical knowledge,optimizing means of teaching and improving related regulations.
