摘　　要：目的对IPS e.max CAD瓷贴面的修复效果进行观察评价.方法：对31例患者128个IPS e.max CAD瓷贴面修复后,从1～2年修复体颜色,边缘适合性,邻边缘变色及继发龋等指标进行复查.结果：126个瓷贴面完整存在,2个瓷贴面出现边缘折裂情况,其中1个折裂的边缘出现继发龋,4个瓷贴面出现颜色改变影响美观,复查病例中未出现牙本质敏感的情况.结论：在2年的研究期间,IPS e.max CAD瓷贴面进行前牙修复在改善美观方面可以获得比较满意的临床效果,易被患者接受.Objective: Toobservate and evaluate the restoration of IPS e.max CAD ceramic veneer.Methods:31 patients were treated by 128 IPS e.max CAD ceramic veneers and the observation times were from 1 to 2 years.Five indexes were observed by the modified Ryge criteria during the return visit.Results:126 ceramic veneers were intact.2 veneers were partly fractured after 2 years.1 of the 2 veneers was found secondary caries. 4 teeth showed inconsistnt colour match with their adjacent teeth. During the follow up examination, dental sensitivity was not found.Conclusion:The 2 years research shows that applying IPS e.max CAD ceramic veneer on aesthetic restoration has an excellent clinical performance and it can be easily accepted by patients.
