摘　　要：目的探讨注射用神经生长因子（mNGF）在领面外科术后神经恢复治疗中的有效性和安全性.方法：选取我院2013年3月～2014年6月收治的342例患者,分为三组,其中A组腮腺混合瘤98例,B组颌面外伤160例,C组舌癌术后付神经损伤84例.以28团为一个治疗疗程,比较三组患者在一个疗程后的治疗效果情况.结果：经过28针剂注射用鼠神经生长因子后只有A组1例患者有闭眼障碍外,其余患者基本治愈.结论：注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗神经损伤能有效改善患者的疼痛、麻木症状,而且能对神经纤维的修复、电生理功能有促进作用.Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and safety of nerve growth factor(mNGF)in the treatment of postoperative neurological recovery in patients with facial nerve growth factor.Methods:342 patients Methods in our hospital in March 2013~2014 years 6 months were divided into three groups, including 98 cases of a group of mixed tumor of parotid gland, 160 cases of group B and maxillofacial trauma, postoperative tongue cancer in group C pay nerve injury in 84 patients.Results:Taking 28 groups as a treatment course, the treatment effect of three groups of patients after one course of treatment was compared. Results after 28 injection of mouse nerve growth factor after only a group 1 patients have shut their eyes obstacles. The remaining patients cured.Conclusion:Injection of nerve growth factor in the treatment of nerve injury can effectively improve the patient's pain, numbness, and can promote nerve fiber repair, electric physiological functions.
