摘　　要：全面回顾唐山大学的办学历程,总结其办学经验,研究其办学特色,继承和发扬其优秀的办学传统,对形成唐山学院新的办学理念和特色具有重要的思想价值和现实意义。The paper is intended to review the history of the former Tangshan University, and summarize its experience and characteristics. It will be of great practical significance and theoreti- cal value for the formation of new school-running philosophy and characteristics of Tangshan University to inherit and carry on the excellent school-running traditions of the former Tangshan University.
