摘 要:针对汽车发动机高频、高速模拟装置对转速的要求(高频、高速及周期性变化),提出应用基于高速凸轮和差动轮系的特殊装置来实现这种要求。运用Adams反向设计出凸轮的轮廓曲线,通过Solid Works构造三维模型。将由凸轮齿条推杆、差动轮系及减速齿轮组成的高频高速组合机构的三维装配模型,运用Adams进行仿真,最后得到输出齿轮的运动曲线,以及大小输出齿轮间的接触力曲线、凸轮齿条推杆间的接触力曲线。将这些曲线(除凸轮齿条推杆的接触力曲线)与理论值进行对比,误差在允许范围内,同时接触力的大小符合设计要求。因此这种采用高速凸轮和差动轮系的方案是可行的。This paper provided a solution to the high frequency, high speed simulator. Simultaneously,the speed was changed periodically. This simulator was designed based on a high speed cam and a differential gear train. The outline of cam was designed by Adams using reverse engineering. After that, SolidWorks was used to build the 3D model. By putting cam, rack, differential gear train and reduction gear altogether, the combined mechanism was formed. The Simulation based on Adams proved that the motion curve of the output gear, the contact force curves between the output small & big gear, and the contact force curve between the cam & rack were appropriate when compared with the theoretical calculated curves. Meanwhile, the error between them was negligible. All of the contact forces met the design requirements. As a result, the solution based on a high speed cam and a differential gear train was feasible.
