摘  要:伺服精密传动系统主要由伺服电机、精密传动装置及控制部分组成。由于各部分间相互耦合,尤其当传动系统处于非平稳过渡状态时,常会产生机械耦合振动,这将对系统的安全运行造成极大危害。文中以3K-Ⅱ型精密行星齿轮传动为研究对象,利用ITI-Simulation X系统动力学软件分别建立了含齿隙的3K-Ⅱ型行星齿轮传动模型、伺服电机模型及负载模块。最终,建立了含齿隙啮合的整个伺服精密驱动系统的仿真模型,并进行相应的仿真分析与研究。Servo precision transmission system is mainly composed of servo motor, precision transmission part and control part. Mechanical coupling vibration will occur due to the mutual coupling between each part, especially in non-smooth transi- tion. This may lead great harm to the system safe running. The objective of this study was 3K-Ⅱ planetary gear transmission. The mode of 3K- Ⅱ planetary gear transmission with backlash, servo motor and load module were established using system dy- namic software ITI-SimulationX, respectively. Eventually, the simulation model of whole servo precision transmission system with backlash meshing was established. Meanwhile, the corresponding simulation analysis and research were performed.
