两种新型根管充填法在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较常温流动牙胶与热牙胶垂直加压充填法在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管中的临床应用效果。方法将67例诊断为C形根管的患者随机分为A、B两组,A组采用常温流动牙胶充填,B组采用热牙胶垂直加压充填,比较两组的根充质量、疼痛程度及1年后的疗效。结果两组患者的根充质量、疼痛程度及1年后的疗效比较均无显著性差异。结论常温流动牙胶与热牙胶垂直加压充填法对下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的充填短期内均有较好疗效。Objective To compare the clinical effect of GuttaFlow obturation and that of vertical condensation of gutta-percha obturation in C-shaped canal in mandibular second molars. Methods 67 teeth of C-shaped canals in mandibular second molars were randomly divided into 2 groups： group A and group B; GuttaFlow obturation was performed in group A while vertical condensation of gutta-perella obturation in group B; a comparative study between the 2 groups was made to the quality of root canal obturation, the severity of pain and the curative effect 1 year after treatment. Results There existed no obvious difference in the comparative study between the 2 groups. Conclusions GuttaFlow obturation and vertical condensation of gutta-percha obturation are both of good curative effect on C-shaped canals in mandibular second molars.
