中亚地区面临“伊斯兰国”影响的内外环境分析

摘　　要：国内恐怖极端主义发展态势严峻和阿富汗北部局势不稳是中亚地区面临较高的"伊斯兰国"威胁的内外环境背景因素。"伊斯兰国"威胁在中亚地区的主要表现包括,"伊斯兰国"中亚籍人员数量不断增加;高职位军人和政治人物受到"伊斯兰国"的影响;社交网站是"伊斯兰国"向中亚进行宣传和招募人员的主要途径。目前,中亚面临的来自"伊斯兰国"的现实性威胁主要来自两个方面,一是回流的在叙利亚和伊拉克参加"伊斯兰国"军事行动的中亚籍人员,二是和中亚国家相邻的阿富汗北部地区的"伊斯兰国"力量渗入中亚南部地区。其中与阿富汗相邻的塔吉克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、土库曼斯坦面临的来自"伊斯兰国"渗入的威胁风险较高。The development trend of domestic terrorist extremism and severe instability in the northern Afghanistan,is the internal and external environmental background factors with Central Asia facing higher 'Islamic State' threat. 'Islamic State' threat in Central Asia mainly include,More and more central Asian join the ' Islamic State',high positions of military and political figures affected by the 'Islamic State',social networking sites is the main way for ' Islamic State' to promote and recruit staff.Currently,Central Asia is facing the reality of the threat from 'Islamic State' mainly from two aspects,one is In Syria and Iraq to participate in the 'Islamic State' of military operations in Central Asia membership staff is returning,second is 'Islamic State' forces in northern Afghanistan infiltrate the southern region of Central Asia.Which the neighboring countries of Afghanistan,especially Tajikistan,Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan,facing the high risk with 'Islamic State'.
