摘 要:以问卷的方式调查非英语专业一、二年级学生选修商务英语阅读课程的现状以及学生对该课程的需求与评价。调查内容涉及学习动机、阅读策略、对课程的需求、对教师教学的需求等。研究发现,学生选修商务英语阅读课程主要是基于工具型动机,大部分学生能使用一些阅读策略,阅读中最大的障碍是抓不住段落或全篇主旨,最大的难点是词汇;学生希望教师有针对性地讲解。This study investigated the situation of the first and second-year Non-English major students who took Business English reading elective course and their needs as well as evaluations of the course. The investigation included motivation, reading strategies, needs for the course, and needs for teaching, etc. It is found that the students' primary motivation was instrumental, and the majority of them used reading strategies. Their major obstacle was that they could not understand the main ideas of paragraphs or passages, and the most difficult point to them was vocabulary. Students hoped that teachers could give targeted explanations in teaching. This study provides some implications for the teaching of business English reading based on the results.
