摘  要:扩展德拜电路作为评估油纸绝缘系统的等值电路,已被广泛应用于电力变压器油纸绝缘老化的无损检测中,然而扩展德拜等效电路存在一定局限性。随着变压器绝缘老化的加深,内部极化响应复杂且多样,扩展德拜等效电路不能真实地反映油纸绝缘系统的弛豫过程,为此,通过综合分析现阶段各模型的不足,在回复电压法基础上,提出一种基于扩展德拜模型的混联等效电路模型。该模型在原有的扩展德拜模型基础上增加了极化支路,能真实反映油纸绝缘系统界面极化特性;同时,在等效电路模型上通过智能算法进行参数辨识;最后,分析等效电路参数对绝缘老化状态的影响。该文方法为混联等效电路模型在变压器油纸绝缘老化的研究提供了新的思路与想法,具有一定的参考价值。The extended Debye equivalent circuit has been widely used as a non-destructive testing method for power transformer. However, the extended Debye circuit has certain limitations. With the deterioration of power transformer oil-paper aging condition, the internal polarization response is complex and diverse extended Debye equivalent circuit can't react the relaxation process of oil-paper insulation system faithfully. Through the comprehensive analysis of the disadvantages of current model, a mixed equivalent circuit model has been put forward based on extended Debye model. The model was added a polarization branch on the basis of existing model, which can refleet the oil-paper insulation system interface polarization characteristics. At the same time, the intelligent algorithm has been used in the equivalent circuit model for parameter identification. Finally, the influence of the equivalent cireuit parameters of insulation aging state was analyzed.The mixed equivalent circuit model in the research of power transformer oil-paper aging condition provides a new thought and idea, which has reference value.
