摘　　要：从介绍主要食用菌品种出发,阐述了食用菌工厂化生产的硬件和软件条件,并详细论述了食用菌工厂化生产中共同生产环节的关键技术。Starting from introducing the main varieties of edible fungi , the hardware and software of edible fungi factory production were elaborated. Moreover, the common production key technology in the factory production of edible fungi were discussed.
