摘  要:掘进机在使用过程中如果喷雾系统出现故障,工作环境就会变得恶劣,影响作业人员的身体健康。通过对EBZ-160掘进机内喷雾系统结构存在的问题分析,提出了改进措施:将水路系统改在悬臂段外侧,安装了固定轴套和旋转轴套,避免了静压水进入悬臂段内的问题。实践表明,通过技术改造,保证了掘进机内喷雾系统的使用效果,避免了电机进水,截齿冷却效果提升,明显改善工作面环境,轴套温度基本稳定在40℃左右,悬臂段没有出现漏水现象,喷嘴没有出现无堵塞故障,使用效果良好。The failure of fog system of mining machine causes poor working environment and bad effect of staff health. By analyzing the problem of frog system of EBZ- 160 mining machine, the improvement measures were put forward, the waterway was moved to the outside of cantilever, fixed shaft sleeve and rotating shaft sleeve were set, which avoided static pressure of water into the cantilever segments. The practice showed that the technology transformation ensured the operation effect of the machine, avoided water inside of it, improved the cool effect of cutting pick and the working environment, the temperature of shaft sleeve remained around 40℃, cantilever without water and nozzle without plugging, the machine went on well.
