桉叶醇提物对育肥猪体内尿酸代谢作用的研究

摘　　要：为了考察桉叶醇提物对育肥猪体内尿酸的改善作用,采用自有知识产权的连续相变装置对桉叶进行提取得到桉叶醇提物,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析其主要成分,并初步探索其对育肥猪血清和尿液相关指标的影响。结果表明,桉叶对育肥猪血清尿酸无较大影响,但1.2 g/kg剂量组的桉叶醇提物显著促进育肥猪尿液中尿酸的排泄。In order to investigate the hypouricemic function of ethanol extracts from eucalyptus leaves on hogs, the ethanol extracts were extracted from eucalyptus leaves using continuous phase transition extraction apparatus. The main ingredients of extracts were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ） , and its effects on the uric acid in serum and urine of hogs were studied. The results showed that the extracts had no effect on the uric acid in serum, but the 1.2 g/kg dose group of extracts significantly promoted the excretion of uric acid in urine.
