摘  要:为了提高步进电机的定位精度,文章提出了一种基于FPGA实现两相步进电机恒流斩波驱动电路的设计。利用FPGA中LPM—ROM来存储步进电机各相细分电流的数据,通过比较器实现斩波恒流细分驱动。实验表明,该细分驱动电路工作稳定,有效克服了两相步进电机的低频振动和高频失步等缺点。提高了步进电机运行特性,有较好的使用价值。A design of constant current cut wave driving circuit of two-phase stepping motor based on FPGA is proposed to improve position precision of stepping motor. LPM_ROM of FPGA is employed to store the data of subdivided current of each phase for the stepping motor, and the chopping for constant current subdivision driver is realized by comparator. Experiments show that the subdivision drive circuit works steadily, that it can over- come the shortcoming of vibration in low frequency state and out-of-step in high frequency state, that it can enhance performance of stepping motor, and has good practical value.
