摘　　要：作为卒中患者生活质量的一个关键方面，性功能和性满意度的临床研究尚不多见。卒中患者的恢复目标通常包括恢复功能活动和提高生活质量，但有关性功能的恢复目前尚未可知。文章对男性卒中患者性功能障碍的流行病学、病因学、危险因素、临床表现以及治疗和康复等方面进行了综述。As a key aspect of quality of life in patients with stroke, the clinical research of sexual function and sexual satisfaction is still rare. The rehabilitation goals in patients with stroke usually include recovering fimctional activities and improving quality of life, however, it is not yet known about the recovery of sexual function. This article reviews the epidemiology, etiology, risk factors, clinical manifestations, treatment and rehabilitation of sexual dysfunction in male patients with stroke.
