摘　　要：目的调查不孕症患者生活质量及其相关影响因素。方法选取2013年6月至2014年6月在中南大学湘雅医院妇科门诊、生殖门诊、中信湘雅就诊的306例不孕症患者进行问卷调查并分析结果。调查问卷包括自行设计的一般资料问卷和sf-36生活质量问卷。结果不孕症患者生活质量得分最低为230分,最高为776分,平均得分为(434.64±99.15)。生活质量得分按照K-Means聚类分析的方法分为两类,即高分组和低分组,聚类中心分别为517和316。不孕症患者生活质量影响因素的单因素分析表明:在年龄、结婚年龄、结婚年限、不孕年限、接受辅助生育技术次数、不孕原因、治疗费用和就诊次数因素上不同的不孕症患者,她们的生活质量差异有统计学意义(t/F值分别为4.890、4.865、4.558、3.069、3.673、3.069、5.888、5.391,P<0.05)。不孕症患者生活质量影响因素的多因素分析表明:不孕症患者结婚年限≥6年是生活质量低分的危险因素,而不孕原因来源夫妻双方是生活质量低分的保护因素。结论生理、心理、经济及家庭方面的压力共同导致不孕症患者的生活质量严重降低。Objective To investigate the quality of life of infertile patients and its related factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed among 306 infertile patients consulting in gynecology clinics and reproductive clinics in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University Hospital and CITIC Xiangya from June 2013 to June 2014. The questionnaires used in the survey included self-designed general information and a sf-36 Quality of Life Questionnaire. Results The lowest and highest score of quality of life was 230 and 776, respectively, with average score of 434.64 -＋ 99.15. The score of quality of life was classified into two groups according to K-Means cluster analysis, high score group and low score group with clustering center of 517 and 316. Single factor analysis showed that the quality of life of infertile patients was remarkably affected by age, age of marriage, duration of marriage, duration of infertility, number of accepting assisted reproductive technology, causes of infertility, cost of treatment and frequency of visiting doctors （ t/F value was 4. 890, 4. 865, 4. 558, 3. 069, 3. 673, 3. 069, 5. 888 and 5. 391, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ）. The multivariate factors analysis showed that duration of marriage I〉6 years was a risk factor but the cause of infertility due to spouses was protective factor of low score of life quality. Conclusion Physical, psychological, economic and family pressure lead to the severe decrease of life quality of infertile patients.
