摘  要:谷氧还蛋白(GRX1)和硫氧还蛋白(TRX1)在动物机体抗氧化系统中发挥重要作用。试验对地方鸡种八个组织进行实时荧光定量,旨在探索抗氧化基因GRX1、TRX1在不同鸡种、组织间的差异表达。试验测定GRX1、TRX1基因在普洱瓢鸡、腾冲雪鸡和三黄鸡的十二指肠、回肠、肺脏、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、皮肤、肌肉八个组织中的mRNA表达水平。结果表明,普洱瓢鸡的GRX1、TRX1基因mRNA表达水平极显著高于腾冲雪鸡,腾冲雪鸡的GRX1、TRX1基因mRNA表达水平极显著高于三黄鸡(P<0.01);普洱瓢鸡、腾冲雪鸡各组织中的TRX1、GRX1的表达量极显著高于三黄鸡(P<0.01);TRX1在三个鸡种中的表达量极显著高于GRX1(P<0.01)。结果显示,普洱瓢鸡、腾冲雪鸡与三黄鸡抗氧化基因表达存在明显差异,这可能是影响本地鸡种与培育鸡种抗氧化能力的重要途径之一。Glutaredoxin (GRX1) and thioredoxin (TRX1) play an important role in the antioxidant system in animal body. GRX1 and TRX1 were determined by real-time PCR of local chicken tissues. The study aimed to reveal the antioxidant capacity difference between the local breeds of Yunnan and cultivated breeds. The expression of GRX1 and TRX1 mRNA were detected in duodenum, ileum, lung, heart, liver, kidney, skin, muscle of Puerpiao chicken, Tengchongxue chicken and Sanhuang chicken. The results showed that the expressions of GRX1 and TRX1 of Puerpiao chicken were extremely higher than that of Tengchongxue chicken, while that of Tengehongxue chicken extremely higher than Sanhuang chicken (P 〈0.01). TRX1 and GRX1 genes expression in various tissues of Puerpiao chicken and Tengchongxue chicken were extremely higher than that of mass tissues of Sanhuang chicken (P〈0.01). TRX1 gene expression was extremely higher than the expression of GRX1 in three breeds (P〈0. 01). The results showed that the anti-oxidation gene expression significantly contrast between Puerpiao chicken, Tengchongxue chicken and Sanhuang chicken. This maybe the most important way that affect antioxidant capacity of local chicken and cultivate chicken.
