摘 要:为了测定超微粉碎和常规粉碎木薯叶的饲用价值,采用体外产气法测定了两种粉碎类型木薯叶的体外干物质消化率和产气量,并测定了其营养成分。结果表明,超微木薯叶粗脂肪、粗纤维含量和体外干物质消化率分别为4.55%、22.77%和68.43%,均显著高于常规粉碎木薯叶(P<0.05);两种木薯叶粉的粗蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05);超微粉碎木薯叶体外产气量要高于常规粉碎木薯叶。饲用价值方面,常规木薯叶粉和超微木薯叶粉的RFV值分别为:172.38%和169.85%,均属于特级粗饲料的评级标准范围,其中常规粉碎木薯叶粉略高于超微粉碎木薯叶粉。综上所述,超微粉碎可以提高木薯叶的消化率,但综合考虑饲用价值等方面因素,建议使用常规粉碎木薯叶粉进行饲喂。In order to determine the feeding value of ultrafine grinded and conventional crushed cassava leaves, the dry matter digestibility and gas production of the two crushing types were determined by in vitro gas production method. The results show that the crude fat, crude fiber content and dry digestibility of superfine grinding cassava leaf are 4.55% , 22. 77% and 62.13% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the conventional crushing cassava leaves(P〈0.05). The difference of crude protein content of the two types crushing cassava leaf is not significant(P〉0.05). The in vitro gas production of ultrafine grinded leaves was higher than that of conventional crushed cassava leaves. RFV value of ultrafine grinded and conventional crushed cassava leaves are 172. 38% and 169. 85% , which belong to the scope of superfine coarse feed rating standards, and conventional crushing cassava leaf is higher than that of ultrafine grinded of cassava leaf powder. In summary, ultrafine grinding can improve the digestibility of cassava leaves, but considering the feeding value and other factors, it is recommended using conventional crushing cassava leaf powder feeding.
