摘 要:为研究纳米硒对奶牛生产性能的影响,试验选择正常健康奶牛随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂15g/(d·头-1)米硒,分析奶牛生产性能、乳硒含量和抗氧化能力,试验进行30d。结果表明,在饲料中添加纳米硒对奶牛产奶量、乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳糖和非脂乳固体并没有产生显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,乳硒含量随着饲喂时间的延长而显著增加,在第30d试验组乳硒含量为34μg/L,而对照组为23μg/L(P<0.05)。对乳和血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性分析发现,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力均增高(P<0.05),并且血液中硒含量也有升高(P<0.05),表明添加纳米硒能够增强奶牛的抗氧化机能。To investigate the effect of Nano selenium on milk performance, Se level and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows, twelve health Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into two groups, each group contained 6 cows. Control group was fed the basal diet and the test group fed basal diet supplemented with 15 g Nano selenium per day per cow for 30 d . The results indicated that there was no significant effect of Nano-Se on milk yield, milk fat, milk protein, milk lactosed and SNF(P〉0.05). Compared with the control group, the Se level of test group was significantly increased with time and reached the summit of 34μg/L while the control group was only 23.1μg/L at 30 d(P〈0.05). The activity of GSH-PX in the milk and plasma of test group were both significantly increased compared with the control group (P〈 0.05). It is concluded that supplement with Nano-Se could increase antioxidant status of dairy cows.
