替吉奥胶囊联合草酸铂在老年晚期胃癌患者治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥胶囊联合草酸铂在老年晚期胃癌患者治疗的疗效和不良反应。方法本次医学研究选择我院2013年1月~2015年10月收治的60例晚期老年胃癌患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,实验组接受替吉奥胶囊联合草酸铂治疗,对照组接受5-氟尿嘧啶联合草酸铂治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和不良反应。结果实验组观察对象临床治疗后总有效率和临床受益率与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实验组中血液学毒性中性粒细胞减少较对照组少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年晚期胃癌患者接受替吉奥胶囊联合草酸铂治疗,与静脉用氟尿嘧啶与草酸铂的疗效相当,具有满意的临床效果,化疗不良反应轻。Objective To investigate the Gonow capsule combined with oxaliplatin of efficacy and adverse reactions in elderly patients with advanced stomach cancer treatment. Methods The medical research selected 60 cases of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated between January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital for the observed object,randomly divided into control and experimental group,the experimental group received Gonow capsule combined with oxaliplatin therapy. The control group received 5-fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin therapy,compared to the two groups of patients of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The experimental group observed object of total efficiency and clinical benefit rate with the control group was quite,no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The experimental group of hematologic toxicity neutropenia was less than the control group（P〈0.05）,there were significant differences. Conclusion The elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer receiving Gonow capsule combined with oxaliplatin therapy,having intravenous fluorouracil and platinum oxalate quite effective,with a more satisfactory of clinical results,but mild adverse reactions of chemotherapy.
