阴道镜下宫颈多点活检及宫颈管搔刮联合LEEP术对CIN诊治价值的分析

摘　　要：目的探究阴道镜下宫颈多点活检及宫颈管搔刮联合LEEP术对CIN的诊治价值。方法选取我院收治的CIN患者共840例,选取年限均在2010年8月~2015年4月,840例患者均行LEEP术。结果阴道镜下宫颈多点活检及宫颈管搔刮数据与LEEP术后无差异。结论阴道镜下宫颈多点活检及宫颈管搔刮联合LEEP术能有效对CIN进行诊治。Objective Explore the value of under colposcope cervical multiple biopsies and endocervical curettage combined with LEEP surgery on diagnosis and treatment of CIN. Methods Selected a total of 840 cases of CIN patients admitted to our hospital,the selected years were in August,2010 to April 2015 which were underwent LEEP surgery. Results Under colposcope,there was no obvious difference between cervical multiple biopsies and endocervical curettage data after LEEP surgery. Conclusion Cervical multiple biopsy and endocervical curettage combined with LEEP surgery can be effective to the diagnosis and treatment of CIN.
