摘  要:最近十多年,我国城镇化的快速推进使得区域教育均衡发展日益成为一种必然之势。然而,如要准确认识当前区域教育均衡发展问题的实质,必先转换视角,即有必要从整体共生的角度重新认识区域与学校的关系,只有这样,才有助于我们对当前已有的区域教育均衡发展策略作出合理判断,并对其未来发展方向与思路作出合理预测。本文基于共生理论的视角,分析了当前我国区域教育均衡化策略中的偏利共生模式、点式间歇共生模式的不足,并以上海市闵行区的"学校生态群"模式为例说明互惠共生模式的内涵与实践策略。In the last ten years, the rapid development of urbanization in China makes the development of balanced development of regional education is becoming an inevitable trend. However, to understand the nature of the balanced development of current regional education, we must change the perspective and it is necessary to re-recognize the relationship between the region and the school from the perspective of the overall symbiosis. Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current mode of the equalization strategy in Chinese regional education, and points out the connotation and practice strategy of the mutual-benefit symbiosis mode taking the "school ecological group" in Minhang District as an example.
