摘　　要：为改善军队医院护理人员的心理状况,提高军队医院护理服务质量,本文分析军队医院护士现存心理健康问题及影响因素,探讨构建护士心理咨询辅导站解决护士心理问题的有效办法,并提出包括构建思路、服务对象、心理服务人员资格条件、服务原则,以及服务内容等在内的具体实施路径。To improve the psychological status of the nursing staff and the quality of nursing service in the military hospital, this article studied and analyzed the mental health problems and influence factors of military hospital nurses. Effective strategies to solve the mental health problems of nurses by building psychological counseling stations were explored and the implement approach including construction idea, service objects, the qualification of psychological consultants, service principles and service items were put forward.
