宁夏海原县成人牙周健康现状的调查

摘　　要：目的 了解宁夏海原县人群牙周健康状况,为宁夏科技惠民项目提供口腔牙周健康现状基础信息。方法 采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样方法,抽取宁夏海原县35~44岁、65~74岁常住人口共1 325人,按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》中临床检查牙周状况的检查方法和计分标准,分析全口牙龈出血、牙结石、牙周袋深度和附着丧失（LOA）情况。结果 35~44岁BOP位点阳性率、牙石检出率、PD/mm、牙周炎患病率均较65~74岁人群高,中年人患牙周病程度比老年人严重,各项指标男女间差异无统计学意义。海原县县城区域与乡村区域相比4项指标均低,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 宁夏海原县成年人中牙周卫生状况比较差,牙龈炎的患病情况比较严重,牙石检出率高,牙周病的需治量大。Objective To know the periodontal health condition of people at age from 35 to 44 and from 65 to 74 in Haiyuan county of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and to provide the foundational information of periodontal health condition for Science and Technology People - Benefit Project of Ningxia. Methods Totally 1 325 samples aging from 35 - 44 and 65 - 74 were selected among the habitants from Haiyuan in Ningxia by using equal - sized multi - stage randomly sampling. Referring to clinical inspection method and scoring criterion mentioned in the third national oral epidemic survey, CPI probe was introduced to detect gingival bleeding, dental calcu- lus, periodontal pocket depth and LOA conditions and data were analyzed. Results BOP positive rate, PD/mm and periodontitis morbidi- ty among people aging 35 - 44 were higher than those aging 65 - 74 ; No statistical difference was found among all indications for male and female （P 〉 0.05 ） ;Compared to village areas, all four indications collected from county area of Haiyuan were lower but there is no statistical difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The periodontal hygienic condition of adults in Haiyuan is relatively poor, and gingivitis morbidity and dental calculus morbidity are serious and need to treat.
