摘 要:从APMP废水及好氧污泥中筛选出11株微生物菌株,并检测它们降解APMP废水中有机污染物的能力。结果显示,菌株W2、W4、W5、W7、S4、S5具有较强的有机污染物降解能力,其中,菌株S4的降解效果最佳,处理APMP废水120 h后,CODCr由6960 mg/L降至3351 mg/L,去除率达到51.9%。以这6株菌为出发菌株,结合统计学方法,采用6因素2水平的部分因子设计(FFD)实验,以最高CODCr去除率为响应值,考察单因素作用及多因素相互作用对废水降解的影响。结果表明,菌株W2、W4、W7、S4和S5是影响APMP废水有机污染物降解的主要因素,可用于构建针对APMP废水的优势降解菌群。APMP( Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp ) effluent belongs to high concentrated organic wastewater with high COD content and pollution load, its treatment is necessary for surrounding environment. By using the method of dilution multiple and crossed dilution the bacteria were screened from the aerobic sludge and APMP waste water. The wastewater COD removal efficiency of each bacterium was tested, with absorbance spectrophotometry curves and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images. Through part of the factorial design (FFD) experiment, using 6 factors at two levels experimental design, COD removal rate as response values, the results showed that the five strains of bacteria W2, W4, W7, S4 and S5 could be used to construct the microflora for APMP effluent degradation bacteria.
